PayPal: Only delivery addresses that have been verified by PayPal as being in the United States are accepted for PayPal payments. Products can only be shipped to the PayPal-provided U.S. based address, and PayPal delivery addresses cannot be changed.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via ground service. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. A current and valid email address is required to receive this information. While we offer shipping to alternate delivery addresses, not all items are eligible for this service. The average delivery time is five to ten business days, depending on your location.
Although we do ship to alternate delivery addresses, we do not ship these premium products to unverified delivery addresses. All delivery addresses must match the credit card or billing information submitted. Additional delivery addresses can usually be added to your credit card by contacting your bank or credit card company directly.
We currently deliver to PO boxes via USPS. Shipments to PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges that will be quoted to you at checkout in the Sales Tax/Location Rate field. Shipping charges may vary depending on the shipping location. Shipping delays are possible without using express services. The credit card submitted on the original order will be charged accordingly with the current rates.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery location. We are not responsible for missed deliveries or stolen merchandise. The customer is responsible for following up with the carrier regarding any delivery discrepancies and for all associated costs.
Backordered Items:
Items that are backordered will not be charged to your card until they are back in stock and ready to ship. We offer a complimentary free placement service to reserve your item.
Please note that due to manufacturer price increases beyond our control, the price of a backordered item may be subject to change. If the price has increased upon the item's restock, the order can only be processed at the current price. We will notify you of any price adjustments upon the item's return to stock. All backorders and partial shipments will incur the standard flat-rate shipping fee.
We reserve the right to cancel any backorder that has been pending for ninety (90) days or more if the manufacturer is unable to provide a firm estimated time of arrival.
Return Policy:
Contact Customer Service before sending back any returns for a Return Authorization Form.
All returns require a Return Authorization Form from Customer Service to be processed.
Returns must be received by customer service within 14 days of delivery.
The actual shipping charge, without discount, is non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
There will be a 25% processing fee on all standard returns, refused and undeliverable items.
No refunds will be issued for used, damaged, or items not returned in their original packaging.
